This event is free to attend, but registration is required.

Space is limited, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early to secure your place.

Each registered participant is welcome to bring one support person to accompany them. Please indicate during registration if you plan to bring a support person so we can plan accordingly.

Please indicate if there are any dietary restrictions so we can make the appropriate accommodations. If we cannot meet the need, we will contact you to let you know.  

Attendees are encouraged to bring a photo of their child for our Memory Table. Please bring photos size 8x10 or smaller.
